What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99, regardless of how many pieces your order contains. No hidden costs, no surprises at checkout — simply one modest fee, settled once.
Where does Martinelo deliver?
At present, we deliver exclusively within the United States. Concentrating on a single market allows us to keep our delivery times dependable and our standards uncompromised. As Martinelo grows, so too shall our reach.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Place your order before 4:00 PM EST and it is processed for dispatch the following business day, with delivery within 5 to 8 business days of dispatch — around 6 to 10 business days in all. Every garment is inspected and folded by hand before it leaves our studio, and we think that quiet ritual is worth the wait.
How do I track my order?
The moment your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking details is sent to you directly. You may follow its journey at any hour using the tracking link within that email — from our studio door to yours.
How do your pieces fit?
Our garments are cut true to size with a considered silhouette — neither oversized nor restrictive. A detailed size guide accompanies every product page, and should you find yourself between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a softer, more relaxed drape. And if the size isn't quite right on arrival, exchanges are entirely free — shipping included.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided pieces are unworn, with their original tags and packaging intact. Simply email us first and we shall send you the return address; once your return arrives with us, your refund reaches your original payment method within 2 business days, with no restocking fees whatsoever. Should you require a different size instead, exchanges are free — shipping included — and you are welcome to keep the original piece.
